Drone license
Flying a drone because you bought one, without a Part 107 license, is illegal. Part 107 ensures the operator understands and abides by Federal safety regulations. It’s especially unlawful to fly over people, crowds, moving vehicles, concerts, or restricted airspace. A licensed drone pilot is trained to navigate these laws, ensuring compliance , safety, and prevents the risk of committing a federal crime or incurring hefty federal fines for both the employer and the drone operator. Unfortunately, Texas has the most Strict state drone laws in the country.
